If you are booking your first visit and have been a previous patient of Dr. Logan Smythe or Dr. Ross Richardson, please do so by selecting either “Dr. Travis Cox - New Patients” or “Dr. Greg Marlin - Existing Patients” as the practitioner, and then choose “Re-activation Visit” under treatments. Although we have your previous Chiropractic Health Record on file, the Doctor will still need to review your most recent health history including but not limited to; recent hospitalizations, new diagnoses, new medications, new injuries and any new health concerns. A focused exam of the involved body regions will be performed and a basic chiropractic treatment will be provided, if indicated.
